Role Overview:
The Varicent Architect will lead the end-to-end implementation of Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions, including architecture, requirements gathering, configuration, integration, technical leadership, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient Varicent architectures.
- Automate and optimize sales compensation processes.
- Integrate Varicent with related platforms, including Sales Planning and CRM systems.
- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions and requirements workshops.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable implementation plans.
- Document workshop outcomes, requirements, solution designs, and technical decisions.
- Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and webforms within Varicent.
- Apply best practices in coding, security, and database design.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Support production operations, maintenance, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
- Maintain high standards for documentation and solution quality.
- Train and support end-users and business partners on Varicent functionality.
