•             Role Overview
•             We are seeking a deeply technical and innovative Senior AI Prototyping & Solutions Architect to design and build high-impact Proofs of Concept (PoCs). Working hand-in-hand with our client-facing business lead, you will serve as the technical engine—bringing imaginative AI concepts to life through rapid prototyping. This role focuses purely on technical innovation, architecture, and PoC delivery, rather than routine project management or operations.
Key Responsibilities
•             Design & Build PoCs: Rapidly design, develop, and deliver high-impact Proofs of Concept demonstrating the power of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
•             AI Agent Engineering: Build, configure, and manage autonomous AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.
•             Technical Sales Support: Partner closely with the business-focused AI Solution Principal, providing the technical depth and architecture needed during client pitches and strategy sessions.
•             Full Stack Integration: Leverage Java Full Stack expertise to ensure experimental AI workflows can seamlessly interface with robust enterprise systems.
•             Explore & Innovate: Stay ahead of the technology curve by actively exploring new AI frameworks, tools, and architectures.
•             Required Skills & Qualifications
•             Strong, hands-on programming experience with Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
•             Deep expertise in Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, and building functional AI agents.
•             Solid background in Java Full Stack development for end-to-end system cohesion.
•             Exceptional ability to translate high-level, abstract business goals into functioning technical prototypes and PoCs.
•             Strong problem-solving skills and an agile, experiment-driven technical mindset.
