Role – UX Program ManagerDuration - 6 Months Pay Range - $110-128/hr on W2 Location – Mountain View, CA – hybrid
Project Overview:We're looking for a mid-level UX Program Manager with launch experience to directly plan, manage, and drive the delivery of a new web portal. You will enable us to operate with clarity, focus, and efficiency. You will help elevate the user experience by enabling teams to understand requirements, identify risks, and set priorities. You are a master planner, skilled communicator, and a flexible dot connector who enjoys balancing a portfolio of projects, seeing the big picture, and creating order out of chaos.
Day to day responsibilities:- Collaborate with UX leadership to define and deliver priorities; author and drive progress based on a clear brief, plan, schedule.
- Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and stakeholders regarding program health, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
- Operate with an action bias; proactively identify issues and own the solutions that sustainably resolve them.
- Proactively identify opportunities and implement solutions that up-level design quality and productivity.
- Partner with XFN counterparts; deliver work in a way that builds trust across teams such as Engineers, PMs, UX disciplines, connecting all functions and making sure interdependencies are understood and planned for.
- Orchestrate successful delivery for multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience managing UX related programs
- Strong stakeholder managements skills
Preferred qualifications- Experience working in the Ads business or a policy / regulatory driven environment
- Experience collaborating with senior UX, product managers, and engineers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-faceted programs that span multiple surface teams or organizations
- Deep understanding of the UX process and user-centered development; familiar with UX design, user research
- Comfort with ambiguity and experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
