USA-Network Engineer

Job Title: Network Support Engineer (Onsite – Bothell, WA)
Location: Bothell, WA
Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support for Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco SDA environments.

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure uptime.

• Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and manage problems.

• Support network changes, upgrades, and implementations per operational needs.

• Ensure network availability, performance, and security in line with SLAs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams in a manufacturing setting.

• Maintain documentation and provide operational reports.

Requirements:

• Hands on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching.

• Knowledge of Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

• Experience in incident resolution and change management.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work onsite in Bothell, WA.
