Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extension or conversion to PermanentRoles & Responsibilities: Provide onsite support for Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA) environments.
- Manage, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the site network infrastructure.
- Perform incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis for network-related issues.
- Support network changes, upgrades, and implementation activities in accordance with operational requirements.
- Ensure network availability, performance, and security while adhering to customer standards and SLAs.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to support business-critical manufacturing operations.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide operational reporting as required.
Required Skills & Experience:- 3+ years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco IOS/IOS-XE.
- Experience with Cisco SDA / DNA Center and enterprise network environments.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, DHCP, DNS, ACLs, and routing protocols.
- Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Experience supporting network changes, upgrades, and implementations.
- Understanding of network security, availability, performance, and SLA requirements.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred.
