Description

A large digital bank is looking to bring on a US Bank Vendor Management and Procurement Lead for 12 months to support with a large scale US expansion procurement project. You will be responsible for ensuring every third-party vendor meets the contractual, documentation, and independence standards as the bank transitions into the US market.

They are in the office in Miami 3 times per week.

Description

  • Build a single, governed view of the 200+ vendor US population, bringing contracts and ownership across legal entities into one standard procurement framework.
  • Complete OCC-aligned third party risk management qualification across the vendor base as the revamped process.
  • Serve as relationship manager to establish or update their direct contractual relationships between the bank and its critical vendors, ensuring cost flow and service structures meet OCC independence standards.

Profile

  • Deep experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor/Contract Management.

  • Experience with regulated financial-services or banking environment.
  • Hands-on experience with contract execution (negotiation, redlines, approvals, signature) and with supplier qualification / third-party risk processes.
  • Comfortable creating structure from ambiguity and operating credibly with senior Finance, Legal, Risk, and Procurement leaders.
  • Strong written/verbal English; Miami-based.
  • Desirable: familiarity with Enterprise Functions procurement, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, and supplier qualification processes in a financial-services context.
