Looking for a highly personable and organized Community Engagement & Partnerships Associate to help senior citizens Client and confidently use Uber.
You ll build relationships with senior living communities and local organizations, organize in-person activations, and work directly with seniors to help them understand Uber and take their first trip.
This is a hands-on, community-facing role for someone who loves working with people, builds trust naturally, and knows how to turn ideas into action.
What You ll Do
Build relationships with senior living communities, senior centers, and relevant local organizations.
Develop trusted relationships with community managers, caregivers, and other key stakeholders.
Plan and run in-person workshops, demonstrations, and community activations.
Educate seniors on how Uber works and help them feel comfortable using the platform.
Support seniors through their journey toward completing their first Uber trip.
Manage multiple partnerships and activations end-to-end, including planning, logistics, and follow-up.
Track engagement, activation, and first-trip conversion to understand what works.
Gather community feedback and share insights with internal teams to continuously improve the program.
What You ll Need
2 4 years of experience in community engagement, partnerships, field marketing, events, customer activation, hospitality, or a similar people-facing role.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to explain technology in a simple and approachable way.
A hands-on, proactive attitude and willingness to spend significant time engaging with communities in person.
Strong ownership and a focus on outcomes, not just activities.
Experience working with seniors, community organizations, digital-literacy initiatives, or mobility is a plus, but not required.
Success in this role means turning community relationships into real adoption: reaching seniors, building their confidence, and helping them successfully complete their first Uber trip.
