COMPENSATION:
$23-$27 Hourly
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare ingredients for daily service including washing, chopping, slicing, portioning, and labeling
Follow recipes, food preparation guidelines, and plating standards
Assist with basic cooking tasks as assigned
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
Properly label, date, store, and rotate food items (FIFO)
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Assist with receiving and stocking kitchen deliveries
Communicate effectively with kitchen team members and leadership
Support opening and closing kitchen duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
Basic knowledge of knife skills and food handling techniques
Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and safety procedures
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
