Job Description

Coordinate and manage trial logistics, ensuring all processes run efficiently. Ability to travel 50% depending on schedules. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trial activities. Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on trial schedules and requirements. Prepare and organize trial-related materials and resources as needed. Monitor timelines and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence. Identify and resolve any logistical issues promptly to avoid disruptions. Assist with additional trial-related tasks and projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trial Logistics Coordinator should have: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Prior experience with going to trial or trial logistics. Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation. Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all trial-related activities. Ability to identify and resolve logistical challenges proactively. Familiarity with trial logistics or related processes is a plus.
