Job Summary


+ The Tree Care Manager manages the day-to-day operations of a commercial tree business.


Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial tree business.

+ Sell Tree Services in order to improve site conditions.

+ Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication, fostering strong relationships, and conducting regular site visits.

+ Schedule work and write work orders.

+ Work closely with the Business Developer to deliver seamless post-project follow-up and guarantee all deliverables align with client expectations.

+ Submit final paperwork to account for billing and collection.

+ Demonstrate exemplary ethics and integrity while fostering a positive Company culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.


Education and Experience:


+ SA Certified Arborist, preferred.

+ Analytical skills and basic math skills

+ Strong communication skills (listening, oral and written)

+ Strong interpersonal skills – able to build solid business relationships.

+ Able to multi-task and prioritize.


Physical Demands/Requirements:


+ Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, photocopier, and computer printer

+ Ability to physically perform the basic life operational functions of walking, standing, and kneeling.

+ Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur.


Work Environment:


+ Works in an indoor and outdoor work environment.
