- Unit: 5th Floor, Neuro Step Down
- Number of Beds: 40
- Staff: 1-2 Case Managers or Social Workers
- Patient Ratios: 1:20-30
- EMR: Meditech, Careport
- **Schedule:**
- Shift: Day Shift
- Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
- **Requirements:**
- **Must Have:**
- At least 1 year of Acute Care Case Management Experience
- **Preferred:**
- Familiarity with Meditech and Careport
- Certified Case Manager (CCM)
- **Personality Fit:**
