Summary of the Position:
The Treasury Management Specialty Sales Officer ("TMO") will execute the Treasury Management Specialty Sales Strategy, with a specific focus on providing tailored services to Single and Multi-Family Offices. The TMO is responsible for managing the specialty sales portfolio, generating new business and providing representation of the bank in the market. The TMO is responsible for developing new/enhanced business relationships with select clients nationally and within the Bank's footprint. This position requires consultative selling to targeted niches within Treasury Management, which is responsible for meeting individual annual sales goals. Responsibility includes strategizing target and developing the deposit/treasury niches, developing and executing sales strategies to retain and fully penetrate new treasury management relationships. This position reports directly to the Head of Treasury Management Sales and Strategy.
Primary Functions of the Position:
Sales Support
Develops sales plans for territory and key customer accounts and deposit centric targets
Increased autonomy in managing assigned territory, requiring minimal assistance from management
Actively shares knowledge and market experience with peers, less experienced team members, and is a participant in TM initiatives.
Recognizes and supports our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company
Product Marketing
Oversees all Marketing collateral as it relates to depository and Treasury Management products;
Performs periodic Marketing / Sales campaigns;
Provides education and knowledge of products to internal partners and to existing and prospective clients.
