Traveling Project Manager - Life Science Construction

Lead large-scale cleanroom and controlled environment construction projects across the United States and Canada, managing all phases from planning through completion. Description

The Traveling Project Manager - Life Sciences Construction will:

• Manage complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead project reporting, documentation, contract administration, and change management.
• Utilise Procore and construction management best practices to maintain project controls.
• Travel nationally to support project execution, client meetings, and site coordination (traveling 1-2 times per month**)
• Partner with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule milestones are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support specialised cleanroom and controlled environment construction projects across multiple industries.

Profile

A successful Traveling Project Manager should have:

• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor environment.
• Proven experience managing large ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis.
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management software.
• Ability to commute to the Attleboro, MA office.
