Job Summary
Telemetries (TELE) Nursing position available in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized patient care for individuals with cardiac monitoring needs, including patients with MI, CHF, A fib, COPD, pacemaker/AICD placement, and lung surgeries. The position requires delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care on night shifts.

Job Details

  • Location: Night shift; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: BLS (AHA) certification; current Illinois RN license or confirmation that application process has been initiated; at least 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting; experience in EKG interpretation and medication titration (including drips such as Cardizem and Heparin); all basic nursing skills.
  • Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: Candidates must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips on Phillips monitors. Float to other general medical units may be required. Scrubs are to be in any color, avoiding children or cartoon prints. Typically, new hires will undergo one shift or part of a shift orientation, depending on previous experience at an OSF facility.
