Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit position requiring 2+ years of PCU experience and a KS or compact RN license.
Details
- Progressive Care Unit setting within a hospital campus
- Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
- 13-week assignment length
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Uses Cerner OneChart EHR system
- May be required to float to like units on the same campus or another campus within Wichita
Requirements
- Active RN license (KS or compact) currently in hand
- Minimum 2 years of PCU nursing experience required
- Current BLS certification (AHA) required
- Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Copy of driver's license required for consideration
- Two separate professional references required
- Skills checklist and copies of certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
- Ceil blue scrubs required
- Radius rule applies which may reduce pay rate for local candidates depending on distance from facility
- Travelers should discuss extension with their manager approximately 45 days before assignment end date
- Only one submission allowed per candidate across Ascension positions system-wide
