**Exciting Opportunity for HI-Progressive Care RN - Nights!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients? Join our dynamic Progressive Care Unit! - **Unit Details:** - 15 Bed Unit - 3 Step Down ICU Beds - 12 Telemetry Beds - Staff Ratio: 1:4 for Progressive Care, 1:3 for Step Down ICU - **Shift Information:** - Night Shift: 1845 to 0715 - Scheduled: 36 hours per week following the first week of orientation - No guarantee of hours - No on-call duties - Operations: 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday - **General Job Duties:** - Provide primary nursing care - Monitor telemetry and perform telemetry strip reading - Conduct fingerstick blood sugar tests - **Equipment Utilization:** - Meditech Charting - Pyxis for medication administration - BIPAP - Continuous cardiac monitoring - **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 1 year hospital acute care experience within the last year - Progressive care and telemetry experience preferred - **Licensure & Certifications:** - Current Hawaii RN license required upon acceptance - ACLS preferred - Current PALS preferred - NIHSS certification preferred - **Floating:** - Must be willing to float to all acute units in-house, including Medical, Surgical/Peds, ICU, and ER - **Dress Code:** - Scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
