Job Details:
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, and 1 year of outpatient clinical experience are required.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Completion of a comprehensive evaluation of assigned patients, developing individualized treatment plans aimed at progressing patients toward discharge within established time frames.
- Accurate, timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
- Ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and insurance approvals as required.
- Participates in student training programs, providing supervision and feedback as appropriate.
- Maintains licensure in good standing and complies with all regulatory and organizational standards.
- Applies performance improvement methodologies to enhance treatment quality and safety.
- Skills include a degree in Physical Therapy, active CPR certification, active state license, and 6 months to 1 year of outpatient experience preferred.
- Behavior characteristics emphasize safety awareness, professionalism, and continuous development.
- The position is scheduled to start on 10/19/2026 and ends on 01/18/2027.
