Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience in telemetry, cardiac stepdown, or PCU-level care
• Strong dysrhythmia interpretation and rhythm recognition skills
• Experience with central line and PICC line care preferred
• Comfortable with IV management, medication protocols, and adult acute care
• Ability to float within the organization as needed
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients with complex cardiac and mixed-acuity needs
• Monitor telemetry, assess rhythm changes, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies safely and accurately
• Support patients recovering from transplant-related and hepatology conditions, including kidney biopsy recovery and paracentesis care
• Perform ongoing assessments, document care in Epic, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Work alongside support services to promote excellent patient outcomes
• Float to other units within the organization when needed
• Maintain a professional, compassionate approach in a fast-paced clinical setting
