**Exciting Opportunity for an RN in the Progressive Care Unit!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds: 44 - Total Staff: 95 - Patient Ratios: 4/1 at grid, 5/1 stretched - **Staffing Structure:** - Day Shift: 2 CNC/Charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNA, 1 HUC - Night Shift: 2 CNC/Charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNA, 1 HUC - **Equipment You'll Use:** - IV pumps - Skylift - PCA pump - Chest tubes - Trachs - Patient lifts - **Electronic Medical Record (EMR):** - Cerner - **Qualifications Required:** - Must Have: - ACLS - BLS - NIHSS - Neuro and Trauma Care Experience - Preferred Skills: - Extensive Neuro and Trauma Care Experience - **Typical Procedures:** - Neuro and spinal checks - C-Collar placement and TLSO braces - Chest tube management and PCA pump - IV infusions and lumbar drain procedures - Feeding tube placement - Administration of blood transfusions - **Ideal Personality Fit:** - Team player - Patient-focused - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Navy blue - **Work Schedule:** - Every other weekend **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
