**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse in Progressive Care Unit!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - *Progressive Care Unit* - *Location: Asheville, NC* - *Floor: K7* - *Building: K Tower* - **Unit Details:** - Number of Beds: 44 - Total Staff: 95 - Patient Ratios: 4/1 at grid, 5/1 stretched - Equipped with: IV pumps, Skylift, PCA pump, Chest tube, Trachs, Patient lifts - EMR System: Cerner - **Staffing Structure:** - *Day Shift:* - 2 CNC/Charge RNs - 11 RNs - 4 CNAs - 1 HUC - *Night Shift:* - 2 CNC/Charge RNs - 11 RNs - 4 CNAs - 1 HUC - **Preferred Qualifications:** - Must have: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications - Experience in Neuro and Trauma Care is essential - Typical procedures include: - Neuro and spinal checks - C-Collar placement, TLSO braces - Chest tube, PCA pump, IV infusions - Lumber drain, Feeding tube placement - Blood transfusion - **Personality Traits:** - Team player - Patient-focused - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Navy blue - **Weekend Requirement:** - Every other weekend **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
