Staffing: 95 total staff members

Shift Details

Schedule: Night Shift, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Every other weekend commitment required.

General Information

• Patient Ratios: 4:1 at grid, 5:1 stretched
• Typical Equipment: IV pumps, Skylift, PCA pump, chest tubes, tracheostomies, patient lifts
• Electronic Medical Records: Cerner

Qualifications

Required Certifications:

• ACLS
• BLS
• NIHSS

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in Neuro and Trauma Care

Preferred Skills:

• Neuro and Trauma Care experience

Responsibilities

Typical procedures performed include:

• Neuro and spinal checks
• C-Collar placement, TLSO braces
• Chest tube management, PCA pump, IV infusions
• Lumbar drain procedures
• Feeding tube placement
• Blood transfusions
