Job Details:

  • Position Description: Outpatient PT role starting October 26th, providing thorough evaluations and treatments for patients with diverse needs. This includes initial evaluations and safety assessments, typically conducted in full-hour sessions.
  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and ability to start by October 19, 2026.
  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, creating and adjusting treatment plans, and documenting care accurately and efficiently. Participation in student training and continuous professional development is expected. Adheres to all safety, legal, and ethical guidelines, and maintains licensure and certifications in good standing.
