The rehabilitation programs focus on maximizing health, function, and quality of life for patients. You will work closely with patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries. The patient-to-therapist ratio is mostly 1:1, with some group therapy sessions. You will hold a caseload of 5-6 patients per day. Typical diagnoses include stroke, debility, brain injury, amputee, cardiac conditions, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic issues. Candidates should be cooperative and have a desire to be a team player. Preferred experience includes at least one year in inpatient rehabilitation.
