### Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse in Urgent Care!
**Job Description:**
- Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic urgent care setting?
- **Location:** Alaska
- **License:** Must hold an active Alaska nursing license at the time of submittal.
- **Experience:**
- 2 years of urgent care experience within the last 2 years is required.
- **Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to deliver exceptional quality care.
- Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain medication inventory and ensure quality control for Point of Care tests.
- Document all provided care and services accurately and professionally.
- Assist providers by anticipating their needs to ensure top-notch patient care.
- Communicate effectively with departments to support patients and staff.
- **Qualifications:**
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Skills & Abilities:**
- Proficient in nursing processes and able to apply them in the clinical environment.
- Strong knowledge of customer service and infection control principles.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-player willing to teach and assist others.
- **Physical Demands:**
- Regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, and sit.
- May need to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- **Shift Details:**
- Urgent care hours from 8 am to 8 pm, with shifts varying across days and hours.
- **Holiday Coverage:**
- Available for holiday shifts as needed.
