    Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Expected 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period (Friday and Saturday nights)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to telemetry patients including those presenting with pre- and post-cath, congestive heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, post-cardiac arrest, STEMI, NSTEMI, pulmonary embolism, cardiac arrhythmias, and CVA
    • Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, responding promptly to changes in patient condition
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Float to other units within the facility as needed, including Med/Surg and Cardiac/Neuro
    • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Colorado or compact licensure eligibility
    • Current BLS certification required
    • Experience in telemetry or a related acute care setting
    • Ability to float to Med/Surg and Cardiac/Neuro units as needed
    • Availability to meet weekend shift requirements (Friday and Saturday nights)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience caring for patients with cardiac diagnoses such as STEMI, NSTEMI, arrhythmias, or heart failure
    • Familiarity with pre- and post-cardiac catheterization patient care
    • Experience floating across multiple unit types in an acute care environment
