No time off from 12/15 to 1/5. Shift hours are 19:00 to 07:30, 3x12 schedule. Potential to accommodate block scheduling, but it is not guaranteed. Expect 4 weekend shifts (2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays in a 6-week period) along with 3 Mondays and 3 Fridays. Travel partners are not allowed. Contractors will support boarders requiring inpatient care. If there are not enough boarders, they may float to observation units as needed. COVID and flu vaccinations are required. Tattoos and piercings must adhere to guidelines. Nails should be less than 1/4 inch in length; natural fingernails are required. Scrubs/apparel should not have any agency or brand logos. Scrubs must be navy blue. Experience in managing ports, administering blood products, and telemetry monitoring is required. The position involves caring for adults with diagnoses at a TCU level and below. Interdisciplinary support includes various teams. Contracted staff will work in admissions/observation units. Special equipment may be used in the course of duties.
