Description
Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Job Description & Requirements

- Shift: 12 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
- Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
- Unit: Cardiovascular Unit- Telemetry
- Start date: ASAP
- ratios typically range between 1:5-6, however, with call-ins the ratios can move up to 1:7. We are actively onboarding new travelers on the unit each week to reduce the workload when there is a call-in.
- Weekend Requirements: every other
- Holiday Requirements: Must work 2/3 holidays
- Block Scheduling: CANNOT be guaranteed, but the managers will do their best to accommodate it
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Years of experience REQ: 1 YEAR
- First-timers accepted: Yes
- Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Locals accepted: No, Travelers must live at least 50 miles away from the facility
- Charting: Cerner
- Candidates requesting holiday RTO must be willing to work one of the three major holidays .
- Former employees must be separated from the facility for three (3) years before returning as a traveler.
