Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Travel assignment in Anchorage, AK. This role specializes in the Step Down Unit within a progressive care environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN for Step Down Unit

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a 19-bed unit
• Monitor patient conditions using cardiac monitoring equipment
• Coordinate care for patients with tracheostomies and ventilation needs
• Administer various titratable drips and assess CIWA scales
• Perform hourly safety rounds and ensure patient safety
• Conduct physical assessments and manage intake and output every 4 hours
• Facilitate bedside handoffs during shift changes

Requirements of the RN for Step Down Unit

• Active AK RN license required (no temporary licenses accepted)
• 1 year of step-down ICU/IMC/PCU experience
• 1 year of telemetry/cardiac monitoring experience
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH-SS certifications
