TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210!

Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN – Ohio

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week, every other weekend (Friday and Saturday nights)

Highlights:

  • Progressive Care Unit specializing in oncology and general medical patient populations
  • Diverse case mix including active cancer diagnoses, post-surgical care, COPD, sepsis, and pneumonia
  • Requires advanced cardiac monitoring skills and dysrhythmia interpretation expertise
  • 12-month assignment in a secure corrections healthcare unit
  • Float required within the hospital system as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent Progressive Care Unit or Med-Surg experience
  • Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
  • Previous telemetry experience required
  • Demonstrated experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drips
  • Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
  • Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
  • Two professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor)
  • Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing
