- Experience in managing dysrhythmias
- Ability to provide care for patients with liver transplant conditions
Description:
The Registered Nurse will work in a comprehensive liver care unit.
Providing intermediate care and management for patients post-liver transplant is essential.
You will be part of an interdisciplinary team including IV teams, physical therapy, and respiratory services.
The patient ratio will be 3:1 during night shifts.
Responsibilities include administering medications and managing IVs.
You will monitor telemetry and respond to medical emergencies as needed.
Must be proficient in accessing and managing various medical devices, including central lines and feeding tubes.
Candidates will float within their scope as needed.
Wound care and post-operative surgical care are vital components of this role.
Experience in trauma care is preferred, particularly from trauma level II facilities.
You will be expected to manage high-flow nasal cannula and non-invasive airway management.
Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
