Must-Have:
Experience in MS/Tele, Telemetry, and Cardiac Telemetry.
Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and respond to emergencies.
Experience with feeding tube care and management.
Experience in pre/post hemodialysis management and renal failure care.
Experience with IV therapy and phlebotomy, including blood product administration and line management.
Experience in managing cardiac drips (without titration) and following heparin protocols.
Experience with neurological and psychiatric patients, including CVA and pre/post neurosurgery care.
Experience with respiratory management, including high flow nasal cannula and interpretation of ABGs.
Experience with wound care and wound vacs.

Seeking a skilled PCU Registered Nurse.
The role includes a patient ratio of 1:5.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
First-timers are accepted.
Holiday shifts and charge RN assignments may be required.
The position requires completion of 8 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period.
Regular floating between departments, units, and facilities may be needed.
Candidates must hold certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
Skills in cardiac monitoring and emergency response are essential.
Gastrointestinal care, including feeding tube management, is required.
Experience in genitourinary and renal management, specifically pre/post hemodialysis, is necessary.
Proficiency in IV therapy and phlebotomy involving central and peripheral line care is needed.
Candidates should be familiar with medication protocols, especially related to cardiac management.
Experience in caring for patients with varied diagnoses and a wide range of conditions is essential.
The daily patient census averages 30, within a 30-room facility.
This position involves working with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.
Special procedures include management of post-surgical patients needing higher-level care monitoring.
