Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of registered nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current WA state RN license or compact license in hand at submission
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Pediatric nursing experience required
• Strong experience in general surgery, gynecology, breast surgery, ENT, and urology
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery and outpatient OR setting
• Two references covering the last 1 year of experience

Responsibilities

• Circulate for a variety of surgical cases, including general surgery, GYN, urology, ENT, breast, plastics, orthopedics, and more
• Support both inpatient and outpatient operating room procedures
• Provide nursing care for pediatric, adult, and specialty surgical patients
• Manage perioperative needs such as blood product administration, drains, wound vacs, syringe pumps, and warming/cooling support
• Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain safe, efficient patient flow
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled
• Float to nearby OR settings when needed and appropriate
