Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Circulate during surgeries, including ortho, spine, and neuro procedures, independently.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including at least one weekend per month, and work rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain a sterile and efficient operating environment.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an OR RN or equivalent combined OR experience.
• CIRCULATE experience is required; scrub experience is preferred.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory.
• NRP certification is required.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed to ensure unit coverage.
