Job Summary
An Operating Room (OR) Nurse is needed in a healthcare facility. The role involves circulating and, ideally, scrubbing on surgeries such as ortho, spine, and neuro. The position supports complex neuro, spine, and orthopedic procedures with independent performance of circulation and scrub responsibilities, and includes exposure to DiVinci robotic cases.

- Position Description: RN Must be experienced in circulating and the following surgeries: ortho, spine, and neuro (checklist should indicate performs INDEPENDENTLY). 4-5 years OR RN or combined OR experience. SCRUB EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED. RN who can scrub especially strong in complex neuro, spine, ortho.
- Shift: Variable hours based on need 7:00 AM, 9:30 AM, and 1:00 PM with on-call requirements, rotating weekends and holidays. No Block Scheduling.
- Schedule: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, 4-5 years OR RN or combined OR experience, circulating experience required, scrub experience preferred, ability to perform independently in ortho, spine, neuro surgeries, experience with DiVinci robotic cases preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in neuro, spine, orthopedic surgeries; scrub experience.
- Additional Information: Must have circulating experience; scrub experience is highly preferred. RN must be comfortable performing complex neuro, spine, and orthopedic surgeries and capable of working independently. Time off requests should be minimal and approved prior to confirmation. Mandatory overtime may be required. Client may float or reassign staff within 30 miles within clinical competence.
