Operating Room RN Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and eligibility to practice in Virginia

• Ability to work rotating shifts and participate in required call, weekend, and holiday coverage
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient safety

• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, supplies, and patients for general surgery procedures

• Monitor patient status, anticipate clinical needs, and respond promptly to changes during procedures
