Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Robotics Registered Nurse (RN) to support surgical teams and patients undergoing robotic-assisted procedures at Strong Memorial Hospital.

The RN will collaborate with surgeons, surgical technologists, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient patient care throughout robotic surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for robotic-assisted procedures.
• Prepare patients and operating rooms for surgical procedures.
• Assist with robotic surgical equipment and workflow.
• Monitor patients and communicate changes to the surgical team.
• Maintain patient safety and infection-control standards.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary surgical team.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Previous operating room or robotic surgery experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong understanding of perioperative nursing practices.
• Ability to work rotational shifts.
