    Job Title

    Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology / PCU

    Location

    Omaha, NE

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a mixed PCU, Oncology, and Med/Surg unit serving an adult patient population
    • Manage and titrate drips including heparin, cardizem, and chemotherapy agents as applicable
    • Monitor and respond to hemodynamic parameters including CVP, A-line, Swan, and EV-1000 as needed
    • Perform hourly rounding and maintain patient experience standards throughout each shift
    • Float to same-level-of-care Med/Surg and PCU units as needed
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PT/OT, case management, social work, dietician, and unit educators
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license in good standing
    • Minimum 1 year of RN experience in Oncology and/or PCU settings
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
    • ONS/ONCC certification required
    • Proficiency with EPIC EMR (recent experience within 6 months preferred for orientation planning)
    • Ability to pass a required open-book skills examination with a score of 90% or higher during orientation
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Chemotherapy certification (preferred but not required)
    • Minimum 1 year of charge nurse experience
    • Familiarity with Alaris IV pumps and specialty lift equipment
    • Experience with ventilator management and ICP monitoring
