Job Opportunity – Bone Marrow Transplant/Oncology RN – Ohio

Start Date: October 19, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights); scheduling reviewed every 4-week period based on departmental needs

• Specialized 36-bed bone marrow transplant and hematology oncology unit with progressive care and medical-surgical acuity levels
• Exposure to autologous, allogeneic, and syngeneic transplants, plus CAR-T therapy
• Epic electronic medical record system with telemetry monitoring capabilities
• 72-hour comprehensive orientation program to support your transition
• Patient ratios managed across a daily census of approximately 33 patients
• Opportunity to work with complex hematologic malignancies including ALL, AML, multiple myeloma, lymphomas, and myelodysplastic syndromes

Requirements:

• Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• At least 1 year of current inpatient hematology oncology experience (must be actively working in specialty within the last 12 months)
• Medical-surgical and telemetry experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Demonstrated competency in chemotherapy administration, central line management, blood product administration, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Two professional references required (one must be from a manager/director or formal supervisor)
