Staffing ratios are generally 2 patients per nurse during day, night, and weekend shifts. Workers will need to comply with all standard health and safety protocols. Candidates should be able to provide education and support to patients and families. Successful applicants must demonstrate the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
