Job Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – Florida
Start Date: October 5, 2026
Location: West Palm Beach, Florida
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, night shift; 8-week contract
Highlights:
- Level III-IV NICU specializing in neonates ranging from 23 weeks gestation to 4 months
- Advanced critical care including ventilators, high-frequency oscillators, nitric oxide therapy, and management of micro preemies
- Respond to neonatal emergencies, attend all C-sections and high-risk deliveries
- Bedside procedures include peripheral IV insertion, intubations, percutaneous catheter insertions, and septic workups
- Treat complex conditions such as extreme prematurity, respiratory distress syndrome, sepsis, congenital anomalies, and seizures
- Immediate start with expedited onboarding process available
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license in Florida (or compact state eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required; 3+ years strongly preferred
- Level III-IV NICU experience mandatory
- Demonstrated competency with ventilators, oscillators, pressors, and care of micro preemies
- STABLE, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and BLS certifications required
- Must reside within 50 miles of facility
