Description: Assumes responsibility and accountability for inpatient skin and wound care management. Coordinates clinical services to provide consistent quality care for patients with wounds in the inpatient setting. Collaborates with physicians and healthcare professionals. Follows the framework of the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures. Wound care experience is preferred.
