We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong telemetry skills to support a Medical-Surgical Telemetry float pool. • Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, day/evening rotation, every other weekend
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Strong telemetry background and confidence working across multiple units
• EPIC experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
• Must be comfortable caring for medical-surgical boarders and stepping into a float pool environment
• Previous separation from the health system for at least 6 months, if applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Tele patients
• Monitor telemetry data and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Support multiple units as needed, including Med/Surg Tele, PCU, ICU, and ED
• Care for medical-surgical boarders with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote excellent patient outcomes
• Deliver thorough assessments, documentation, and patient updates in EPIC
• Adapt quickly to changing clinical needs in a fast-paced float pool setting
