Job Opportunity – Long-Term Acute Care Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN – South Carolina

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Weekends supported by rotating on-call staff (6-8 members). On-call coverage required after 5pm daily and on weekends with primary and backup on-call technicians. Patient ratio of 4:1. Daily census of 15 patients.

• 13 to 26-week contract options available
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, and Unit Secretary
• Epic EMR system utilized (minimum 1 year Epic experience required)
• Pre-assignment modules are billable up to 16 hours
• Orientation provided every Monday

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required
• Neurological experience required
• LTAC experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year Epic EMR experience required
• Skills required: Complex wound care, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, tracheostomy care/management
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Must reside 50+ miles from the contracted facility to qualify for this travel position
