Start Date: October 2026

Location: South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (days); weekend coverage supported by rotating on-call staff; 13 to 26 week assignment options available

Highlights:

  • Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit specializing in adult and geriatric patients
  • Patient ratio of 4:1 with a daily census of approximately 15 patients
  • Neurological experience required; complex wound care, tracheostomy management, and dysrhythmia interpretation and management
  • Comprehensive interdisciplinary team support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and radiology
  • Contract lengths of 13 or 26 weeks available
  • Paid orientation and pre-assignment module completion (up to 16 billable hours)

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in South Carolina or compact state eligibility
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required
  • Neurological patient care experience required
  • LTAC experience strongly preferred
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required
  • Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
  • Flu vaccine required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccine not required
  • Must reside 100+ miles from facility location to qualify for travel assignment
