TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Columbia, South Carolina, 29201!

Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry RN – South Carolina

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, day shift. Weekend coverage supported by rotating on-call staff (6-8 team members). On-call responsibilities after 5pm daily and on weekends with primary and backup support.

Highlights:

  • Long-term acute care (LTAC) Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit specializing in neurological patient populations
  • Patient ratio of 4:1 with a daily census of approximately 15 patients
  • Contract options available: 13 to 26 weeks
  • Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Social Services
  • Adult and geriatric patient population with focus on complex wound care, tracheostomy management, and dysrhythmia interpretation
  • Epic EMR system experience required (minimum 1 year)

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical / Telemetry experience required
  • Neurological patient care experience required
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
  • LTAC experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
  • Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
  • Must reside 100+ miles from facility location for full travel eligibility
