Location: Columbia, South Carolina

Schedule: Night shift, 36 or 48 hours per week available; 13 to 26 week contract options; Some weekend shifts required with rotating on-call coverage

Highlights:

• Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Med/Surg Telemetry unit with a 15-bed daily census
• 4:1 patient ratio across all shifts
• Neurological experience essential; must be proficient in complex wound care, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and tracheostomy care
• Epic EMR system (minimum 1 year experience required)
• Strong interdisciplinary team support including respiratory services, physical therapy, pharmacy, radiology, and social services
• Flexible contract lengths with paid pre-assignment module completion (up to 16 hours billable)

Requirements:

• Active RN license in South Carolina or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Neurological nursing experience required
• LTAC experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year Epic EMR experience required
• Must reside 50+ miles from facility (distance-based compensation structure applies)
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
