You will care for patients with diverse medical diagnoses. Your role will include interpreting dysrhythmias and managing them effectively. You will monitor patients remotely in telemetry and respond to any changes promptly. You will manage bowel obstructions and provide colostomy care. You will administer medications, including blood products. You will be responsible for central line blood draws and managing peripheral IVs. You will also conduct phlebotomy and PICC line management. You will provide education and support to patients and families. You will comply with isolation precautions and utilize personal protective equipment. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. You may be required to float to different units as necessary. You must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
