Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care while working nights from 1900 to 0730, Monday through Friday, with a weekend rotation and holiday coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Neuro Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.
  • Monitor patients' progress and assess their needs to provide timely interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
  • Assist with the telemetry test required for patient monitoring and treatment protocols.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with established guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neuro Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing required.
  • Experience using Epic electronic health records is required.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Additional Information
