Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

An opportunity is available for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical/telemetry setting. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Shift Information

  • Night shift: 3-12 hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding medical conditions and care plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 months of permanent medical-surgical/telemetry experience required.
  • Current RN license in Ohio or a Compact State required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. NIHHS certification preferred.
  • One recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty is required.
