Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Float Pool RN – Ohio

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week. Float pool assignment with rotating coverage across multiple units. Weekend and holiday shifts required (minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule). 5:1 patient ratio.

• Trauma Level I/II experience preferred; opportunity to work in a high-acuity academic environment

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• BLS certification required; ACLS, CPI, and NIHSS certifications strongly preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system required
• Required clinical skills: IV start and telemetry monitoring

• Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal supervisor)
